Where's the Luton Town (w@nk w@nk w@nk) Match Thread Match Thread?
at 22:48 30 Aug 2024

Frey was fantastic in beast mode and Dembele sublime.

Our midfield may still be a little muddled defensively, but at least they are getting forward and attacking.

Can't wait to see Chair come back into this side.

Of the 5 games we've played so far I've found them all entertaining - This one being the best.

And with only 1 loss in 5, we've become hard to beat.

How cool is that!

2-2

Dembele to score first.

I like the idea of Colback, Madsen and Field in the middle.

3-2 win.

I think our new look attack will hit the ground running, but we'll still make a couple of daft mistakes at the back.

Should Dykes play alongside Field in midfield
at 05:22 18 Aug 2024

Given that Colback will be suspended and Varance looks a little lightweight as he finds his feet, should we move Dykes from attack to defensive midfield?

He is defensively a strong player IMHO. He is tall, phyisically strong, can win tackes and win headers. Plus he has a good press and can break up play.

Is this worth a try or am I being too optimistic in thinking Dykes is good enough to do this?

Spurs Reflection

Really enjoyed the game and the overall performance against a top 6 PL team bodes well.

Given that there was no chair and willock I thought we adapted well.

Does this mean we are sticking with 4-2-3-1 as our preferred system over switching to 4-3-3?

Is Reggy Cannon now the only weak link in our defence?
at 16:38 4 May 2024

With Begovic, Ozzie & Drewe all having their contracts now expiring does this mean the only remaining weak link in our defence is cannon?

Is he worth holding onto for a season to see if comes good or should we sell or loan him out?

Imho, he's yet to fully prove his fitness and I think he's also too small

Another entertaining game with a moment of sheer class from Chair.

Great to see Walsh have such a great debut.

Lovely to see Uncs come on for his farewell.

Above all else, well done to us fans.

We backed the team through thick and thin this season and got rewarded in the end.

The QPR swagger is back.

Here's to next season.

See you there.

IMHO we're starting with our strongest XI.

2-1 to the superhoops.

Willock and Armstrong to get the goals.

Another solid, if unspectacular ,win.

With kakay dropped, our defenders have been superb this season.

In both defense and attack!

Special shout out to Fox who stepped in at left back and rarely put a foot wrong.
