Many including USAID employees have testified on oath to confirm that money has gone into war zones with poor governance. Trump has shut down most it when what was needed was reform.
There is many hours of the hearing on YouTube , you'll hear arguments on both sides. Some strong, some weak and some bizarre.
You can listen to the whole 8 hours plus of the congressional hearing on YouTube. As I said I've no doubt Trump took a sledgehammer to USAID but anyone chucking money into a war zone without vetting the recipients needs their head read.
As outlined in the attached, the full congressional hearing is on line if you want to watch it, USAID has developed a number of faults including not vetting where money goes. USAID has been funding terrorism as stated under oath in the Congress.
I've no doubt Trump is taking a sledgehammer to hit but it has got way out of control. It is really interesting that the BBC has failed to include the findings of the congressional hearing.
Looks like an example of poor business management.
Here's a suggestion how about advertising a service in advance of it's requirements to see what the demand is. This is low risk as if you only get 50 people you only hire one bus etc.
Someone needs to get on top of all this. The next home game needs to be kids for a quid or similar, these last home games have to be very attractive to fans without peeing off existing season ticket holders.
Much better under Sheehan, a few decent attempts today following a quick piece of control, looking like he could be a decent option for us. It must be soul destroying to be an attacker watching the pointless sideways and backwards nonsense that we saw under Williams.
It makes a difference not taking regular risks in the defensive third. Giving players simpler roles and freeing up the attacking play by shifting the ball forward quicker has made a big difference.
I enjoyed his condemnation of his colleagues when they claim to have saved services after reversing their own decisions to cut them! On the Westminster hour this week Rosie Duffield is talking about how good the Universal Benefit System is!!!
