Chatted with a couple on the way back to C&S said yesterday should be a wake up call from them and basically we are too good to be in the position we are. Both were absolutely pissed so suspect still in West London |

Agree possibly Smyth for Ashby, but Ashby better defensively so makes sense. Unless back 4 with 4 centre backs? Worked at Swansea last year, give Fox a chance to redeem himself |

He does look sad, which is sad. Didn’t look at his reaction when Morgan scored, noticed he just walked to the changing room when substituted. A bit lost on this one, he is a full international for not the worst team in the world so has a better pedigree than some of the chums we have bought ( Pedigree Chum joke there without knowing it). As well as sad he almost looks scared, easy way to not make a mistake is to not touch the ball? Don’t know the answer…. All I know as mentioned is booing him won’t help |

Am on hols so watched on a screen and you know Madsen played ok, he did cover some ground, looked to play forward and got in some telling challenges. It’s interesting seeing it onscreen as opposed to in the stadium, does nothing for your fingernails. Would have brought Fox on as left sided CB in second half and put Jimmy at RB. The telly highlighted Santos struggles especially his passing. Presume Madsen now our second highest scorer ? |

Just saw it for the first time, maybe a bit of stakeholder management but far more straight answers than I expected. Impressive guy, sounds like a CEO, acts like a CEO, use the good news to max effect. I think we are lucky, haven’t looked at the thread but reckon loads of negativity ( might be pleasantly surprised). BTW we have a clear strategy, can’t think when I last thought that. |

I’m sure that was cramp as someone was pulling his foot back to ease the pain and then he carried on, of course might have hid something else. |

I think teams coming at us plays to our strength, look at last weeks goal. Can’t see a win though going for a predictable 1-1 and us going for a record amount of draws in a season ( must be held by Preston Clive?) |

Literally just about to write the same, great news on so many fronts if this is sorted asap. Hopefully will help Jimmy make same call. Assuming he has another great season and a longer contract I would guess his sell on value increases, I know the economics but would rather he stay |

Totally agree, with 2 centre backs left standing and Kenneth Paal having played every minute in every game and a big match Saturday, who does he risk playing at the back. It’s suddenly gone from feast to famine back there. Expect to see Walsh, new right back, Celar, Santo and Varane start . Hoping Eze comes on for last 10 minutes to minimise the damage he can do to us. Going 1-3 btw |
