Did the Magical Mystery Tour in Liverpool a couple of weeks ago. Very good info and not bad value for money. Regarding tracks, A Day in the Life is a particular favourite.
Don't forget Vance's role in all this. Overnight, he referred to the UK as some random country who hasn't fought a war in 30 years. What respect and thanks has he shown for our heroic servicemen and women killed in action supporting the US?
Was there last night by chance as we were visiting Liverpool over the weekend. Spoke to a steward who said he'd come across a few R's fans who wanted to be there. It was a test event for 10k people at an U18 game by ballot. A local journo told me the next event would be a 25k attendance. However, t's a heck of a walk from the centre and there was a bloody cold wind off the Mersey but it's situated amongst some beautiful old warehouses and the Titanic hotel and it was nice to see a brick facade has been created. There's a small pub directly opposite the new stadium called the Bramley Moore Hotel but wonder what it's lifespan will be.
