As always very honest. The Ashby penalty is very unfortunate. Can't blame the player for that and there's no way he can slide in without his arm being up, but thems the rules, as they say.
Need to make sure they get their heads in gear for what will now be a very difficult trip to Plymouth, after their big win today.
I love Lloyd. The kid just wants the ball all the time and makes such good runs. Morgan looks like he's been playing for 10 years and he just feels like a natural number 8 to me. His way of play reminds me a bit of the great Gerry Francis. Frey and Dunne in the opposing box are a total menace.
Tremendous stuff. Great game. Lloyd is a real handful. Despite the tight stats that was a well deserved win and hard fought as Luton really weren't bad at all.
I like that he obviously keeps reminding the team that they can't perform like they did at Swansea and that they have to keep concentrated. Having Chair, JCS, Frey and Colback back really helps.
Rode our luck a little bit today but 3 excellent goals. Our number 9 Dunne on fire again and making a crucial deflection to prevent it being 3-2. Smyth now regularly with an end result to his runs. He's on fire. We even score the 3rd goal twice in this highlights package.
Shape of the back 4 is okay but they're completely asleep and the low block is almost behind Nardi. Far too slow and nowhere near tight enough. To be fair Paal was apparently ill before the game, Fox coming in last minute (literally) for Morrison, JCS not match fit leaving Dunne as the only regular of the back 4 that's done so well.
Good to see Smyth trying really hard down the right second half at least.
Piss poor but at least they all know it was piss poor and we move on quickly... I hope.
He's not happy either. I like what he says about not letting us fall into another bad run but they've really got to be at it as best they can on Sunday at Norwich. A very unhappy hunting ground for us again and we've got to try and change that. Fair play to Sam, he sounds more disappointed than us fans.
He's not happy at all. Nightmare that Morrison could also be out for some time. No idea what his injury is now but apparently happened just before the game. So last minute back 4 and apparently Paal wasn't too well either. Bad day at the office. God help us at Norwich but football is weird!
From lost in space to team pilot. It has taken some time for him to get up to speed but bloody hell he controls the midfield now. His reading of the game is so good now and he plays with a maturity well beyond his years. He seems to absolutely love it as well and has a fantastic relationship with the fans.
