Did a bit of digging up on Jason Levien on youtube and this gem of a video released a month ago with only 12 views came up on suggested where it's basically a DC United propaganda video
He was spouting the same crap as what he did when he took us over but I did pick up on this gem at 1:10
"We're attaching some of the best talent from around the world from countries like Argentina, Hungary, England and Africa"
Absolute fool and surprised we haven't seen a revolt to get him out of our club asap
Most people in the video didn't know about it, why would you go into the stadium 45 minutes before kick off to watch Chelsea vs Man united on the big screens
Should print it on the ticket that no alcohol is available
Ki and Rangel come up as the 10 ten players on their position in the prem, and he said his analytics pick up players even from not so good teams, TBH I don't want anyone to hold it against the guy because what he's saying is true but just poor wording.
Not seen anyone post this but heres an interesting video from our "Moneyball" expert Dan Altman
Something I've picked up from this video (and if we buy players from this style of analytics) is that the players we will sign in the future will be more direct in their passing especially defenders (no more swansalona?).
Watch out for the moment where he calls Swansea "a not so good team" lol
Be interesting to hear your interpretation from the video
We've only had 7 wingers since we've been in the premier league, Dyer, Routledge, Sinclair, Lamah, Hernadez, Barrow, Montero & Maybe Ayew. How else could i have picked?
With results going our way recently and it looks like it's going to be another season in the premier league let's see if we can create an obscure Swansea XI
To get the most out of an ageing Gomis I'd play him on the Left wing where he links up with Taylor(who rarely overlaps) and Ayew (who would be a striker). he can cut inside onto his stronger right foot and also has the chance to run with the ball (which is his preferred move)
It's unfortunate that our game against West ham is the last at Upton park, if they had nothing to play for I think we could have got a win but with them bringing down the curtains can see them winning.
