Whats your team for Sunday? on 10:26 - Oct 31 by Trundle10
No he wasn't. Honestly now, he wasn't.
Tremmel rarely put a foot wrong in his appearances last year, whereas Vorm was not as good as his first season and made more mistakes, especially from crosses (something Tremmel rarely gets wrong in my opinion.
Vorm played more games I admit but when Tremmel did play, he was fantastic. We kept clean sheets at Anfield, Stamford Bridge and the Emirates, and he had the highest shots to save ratio in the Premier League/second highest in Europe at one point. He was never as sensational as Vorm was in his first season, but he was more consistent last season.

Agreed, , Vorm for me all day. People are focusing on one aspect of his game that isn't at the top standard, but he is still Holland's Number 1/2 and brings an exceptional all round package of goalkeeping. Hipefully he has learnt from last sunday
And if I was every other manager I'd "focus on that part of his game" as Sam Allardyce clearly did very nearly successfully.
Vorm was a great shot-stopper in his first season but I don't see it anymore. He has remained static whilst goals have gone in on a number of occasions - not really the reaction you'd expect from someone who allegedly makes up for his lack of aerial prowess through agility.
Gerry is a great shot-stopper as well. I hope as well Vorm learns from Sunday but it's hardly just been Sunday to learn from has it?
Is it because I is German?
The orthodox are always orthodox, regardless of the orthodoxy.

no not because he's German but because Vorm is a much better goalkeeper
Nah, he's not really "much better". On current form then there's not much between them, or at a push Tremmel to start. On last season's form then Tremmel should be out number one and I was a bit annoyed that Vorm was so easily reinstated after his injury.

Vorm Rangel Chico Williams Taylor Dyer Britton JDG Pablo Michu Bony
much rather have michu and bony play side by side see how that works which might not have any difference or could wok out well and its a shame we don't have Ben to also attack.
