Just watched Ivan's first Press Conference & yes he does speak good English which helps us to at least understand him.
Despite being asked a few daft questions I think he handled it very well & my first impression is that he'll improve us, that is all we ask.

First impressions - I like him. Near Impossible task to keep us up this season. For me, he has a Free Hit. Get as many points as he can, and take us from there.
He Talks the Talk, now he needs to Walk it.
There is no doubt in my mind that RM squandered the chance to re establish us as a Premier League Team, and I'm personally glad to see the back of him.
Let's see how Ivan pans out. Feeling a lot more positive than I was a couple of weeks ago. Good Luck Ivan, hope it works out. UTS

Good luck to him, maybe he will indeed be a breath of fresh air
Aside from all of Wussells managing faults I think one glaring one may have been fitness. All that strolling around passing sideways and backwards meant very little or no intensity so it will be interesting to see what Ivan can get out of players now and bring back the high press and work rate
