Cardiff made him an offer he refused. They wanted to keep him but on a wage he did not find acceptable. He is good enough for Cardiff and probably good enough for Swansea. He could not perform in a Cardiff side that has sub standard midfielders who do not release their wingers and running forwards.
Swansea already have Cullen with Wales u21 Josh Thomas needing a chance and Iwan Morgan in the wings. |  |
