Blimey! The curse o't'Dale strikes again. So losing to us is still a sackable offence? Well, well, well...

It would be a hell of a trek for him. Doesn't he live Bolton area? I heard he had a stables, there so he may not want to move. Chances are they will give it to Andy Dawson.

I doubt he'll be in any rush either. He'll be waiting until the end of the season see what's around. He'd probably rather see if the Bolton or the Wigan jobs become available. I know Bolton is in a mess but he'd probably still want to give it a go.

You really see KH handling the situation at at Bolton, or indeed them seeing him as the answer?

Have heard the odd snippet that Salford will get rid of their manager if they don't go up and they see KH as an ideal candidate. Probably a load of rubbish but stranger things have happened.

It certainly wouldn't be strange if Hill became Salford manager in the future. Graham Alexander is their current manager so I wouldn't have thought they'd have any reservations about having Hill in charge - he'd certainly love the Man Utd connection's.

What a massive clash of egos that would be. How many coaching badges between them ? How many trophies and medals ? Who knows best ?

It depends what the situation is come the summer but I should imagine they'll be after a manager that will be relatively cheap and be able to work wonders on a shoestring budget.

It would be fantastic if Salford don't go up.

The Class of 92 are surely going to get bored eventually, although less endless smoke being blown up them in the media would speed that along.

Hill going there would be interesting. Can't see him and Gary Neville getting along.

I couldn't see Hill working alongside a Director of Football like Chris Casper either.

If its not this year then it will be next. They are backed by not only the class of 92 but Peter Lim, who is a billionaire.

I agree that the media spotlight thing is very annoying but long term i think that they could be a long standing club in the Football league and would attract a big fanbase as Salford is expanding rapidly and has quite a big growing population.

Exactly this, they will keep plugging away till they do eventually reach league football, fair play to them all they seem to spend quite a bit of time actually at the games and no doubt effort into the club.
