My season ticket is in the East stand, row A by the corner flag next to the away end.
Apparently they have an advertiser who will only advertise if they remove the front row of seats so I have been moved back to row B which is the new front row.
They must be paying a lot of money for the stadium to remove seating and restricting the number of fans able to view the match...

The sooner they get rid of those horrible crowd facing led boards the better, the ammount of revenue they generate would be minimal I would have thought. To date I have refused to purchase any thing from any of the advertisers that spoil my match day view, so far £400 of carpets and £3000 windows...f*ck em

What? It's been like that since 2005.
Doesn't time fly when you're having fun?
If you can fill the unforgiving minute.
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Crowd facing flashing led boards remain for next season I hear. More annoyance for the fans just so the club can generate £50k per season in revenue...

Everyone affected by this "in your face" advertising should boycott the firms that subscribe to them. As stated in my previous post...the Carpet Company has lost £300 of my business and the window company £3,000, not a great deal I know, but if firms thought that paying for advertising that actually was harmful to their business, then maybe they'd have second thoughts.
I sit in row F and tbh after August I didn't notice it at all. People in A-D (at a push) probably take notice. Didn't they turn the brightness down after the Rotherham game?

I think they would bother you if you sat in the front row like me. Absolutely no need for this type of forced advertising. If I went to the cinema to watch a film I wouldn't expect the adverts to be left running during the film.

Im in the back row, the club have sent me an email telling me my seat has been moved for the forthcoming season to up on the roof.
In the river for you, please!
Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.
Why do some adverts scroll left to right? You end up reading it backwards.
Ever since my son was... never conceived, because I've never had consensual sex without money involved... I've always kind of looked at you as... a thing, that I could live next to... in accordance with state laws.
