Fair point buddy. I was alluding to fans being caged in and running street battles type of violence. I'm sure sporadic localised events still happen, without being headlines in the local rag.

Those days I agree have gone, but villa last season away was an eye opener.
Anyone at Chelsea last season too. Small by comparison of days of old, but still alarming.

Ive met people with autism and they are generally fantastic people, kind, honest and cannot find fault with people. They are usually very confident with little social barriers others have, which is refreshing. I hope this doesn't change him.

I'm not sure anyone celebrated this incident on another thread which has been inferred on here.
However, Surely someone knows who these scumbags are ?

"Morriston Hospital A&E last night... three Chelski fans beaten to a pulp but only two jacks! 😂😂"

The above was how Swanjax reported the matter.......classy, made a thread on it.

not many condemned it on there.

There must be some way of reporting these attacks, can we do it officially through the club? With all the cameras inside and outside of the ground there has to be some images somewhere you'd think. What are the Police or stewards doing if it occurs inside or just the Police if outside, there's enough of them these days, to be honest.

Surely it is irrelevant whether we attack or defend, violence has no place in the today's game There has to be some way of, them, whoever they may be or us, reporting these attacks.

Violence breeds violence unfortunately if its 2 people get hurt up there we'll do 3 the next time they come down here. Local derby's are something else altogether. Although we have to pay for every police officer inside the Liberty, and indirectly for everyone outside as this undoubtedly will end up on our Community Charge somewhere down the line.
I assume all clubs have the same setup.

This.

Some of our fans would class two young lads wearing Chelsea scarves and walking past the Commercial as , " looking for trouble".

Its wrong, but some will look to defend it.

My stomach sickens at these incidents! I'm an Uncle to a beautiful 5 year old autistic boy and the thought of anyone harming him doesn't bare thinking about. Absolute scum of the earth.

Utter boll*cks! 'Asking for trouble!' Utter drivel, asking for directions more like! There is NO DEFENCE for this.

I'm not sure proportioning blame for this on the police or stewards or whoever is right. Swansea is generally a decent experience for visiting fans and Swansea fans, yes we have issues, but as you said it isn't as bad as it was. We don't live in a perfect world sadly, and we do seem to have more than our fare share of problems , but not sure we can jump on an anti coppers agenda, this always clouds the subject matter, I'm more of a mind to ask what passers by and witnesses were doing. We all have a public duty.

I agree that these moronic vermin would sprout some sort of inexcusable excuse as you stated.

I don't know if it has been mentioned earlier but these thugs (that attacked the 2 lads) might not have even been at the game.

No one is proportioning blame for this on the police or stewards.

Its a few Swans lads in their twenties picking on an easy target, while their dads are probably fighting around the corner against a few Chelsea fans who were looking for it, allegedly.

once you start making excuses for any violence in football, you will lose the argument. You cannot pick and chose, what is right and what isn't. Its all wrong.

Doesn't surprise me to be honest, but how many of our 'fans' celebrate the 'swim away' incident? Perhaps some of our younger supporters should be reminded that one of our own died as a result of violence in 1980!

I've never understood the mentality behind it and never will. Shocking, but there will always be someone defending violence as exhibited the other day on here.

Hope they catch them or one of them finds the balls to hand himself and his mates in.

I was surprised the thread celebrating football violence is still there, yet I posted one stating T2C is banned , and that was deleted by mod.

We all have different standards I guess.
