Volvo 440. I believe they had a Renault engine.
It had an intermittent fault that cut the engine, power steering etc out which was handy on the motorway. It once happened when I was in the 4th lane going up the M62 from Milnrow towards Saddleworth Moor and I had to try and get to the hard shoulder with no power.
Despite several expoensive trips tot the Volvo dealer, the fault was not found. |  |
