Sad to see the Church Inn beside the ground flattened. Another bit of our Heritage gone.
Hadn't been past for a couple of weeks. Walked past today and even the bowling green has gone. It was in a bit of a state though.
In the late 60s and early 70s when I used to go in to meet the lads before a game, it used to be packed out. Happy days in the Church.
