When Bony first came to Swansea and he played his first few games I thought my god what a waste of money, I wouldn't have paid £2m for him.
But over time it has become obvious that he wasn't very fit or prepared for the speed and physicality of the Prem even though he is built like rock.
He was slow, lacked incoming ball control, was very slow off the mark and tired very quickly. He looked out of place in the Swans side.
His upper body ball control, holding of the ball, power of shot, skill and speed once he got going, heading and even his defending were all good though.
Since he has got fitter and played more he has got much better and is a rock on the edge of the opponents box.
However he is still a bit slow off the mark and that is the main reason he needs really good service if the ball is going to his feet in front of him.
So now with 8 Prem goals behind him he looks more like £12m player, if he continues to improve he will increase in value. |  | |  |

Innit. It was clear from his first start against Malmo and his goalscoring sub appearance against United that he had the ability.
Most understood that he would take some time to adapt to a new league and new team, especially without a proper preseason with us, but saw enough that we knew he'd be fine.
The reactionary types threw their toys out of the pram because he didn't start as well as Michu did and are now being made to look rather silly.
