'"if you believe in something and it's taken you a certain way in life then to deviate too far from that is crazy," said Martin.'

I can see where he is coming from, but I also go with the adage that "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".

The W12 podcast had a really good interview with him the other week - came across as a really nice guy, especially when talking about the stress of moving to QPR a month after his wife gave birth:

His English has come on leaps and bounds (IMO) since the initial QPR video of him after he signed.

Fun fact, we are bottom of the championship ton table, i.e. results from the last 100 matches:

I would love to say we are looking upwards, but history kind of suggests otherwise.

Being a Canadian citizen I have to add in one of Canada's greatest tunes:

Gordon Lightfoot cited his recent divorce as inspiration for the lyrics and it gets me every time.

Did you know that she is Maya Rudolph's mom? I went down a bit of a Minnie Riperton rabbit hole recently. In later performances she would sing "Maya, Maya, Maya" at the end after her daughter was born. Minnie tragically died at the young age of 31 due to cancer.

This video is from a young Cardiff lad - he looks around 12 but uses language that would make a sailor blush - it's hilarious. Also contains a great view of Celar's run for the second goal and the bench's reaction as they look on expectantly:

To be fair, I didn't think they really looked like scoring today. Nardi had a couple of good saves, but, yet again, someone scores a worldie against us.

On another note, does Bannan always get off the pitch that quickly, or was he just being a sulky prick?

Etymologically speaking, we have no idea where the word 'dog' comes from.
