Think that "major upheaval" is a little exaggerated.

There will be squad churn. There always is. But the major surgery was last season. Dont think it will be Novemeber before the team starts firing (thats got the potentiall to bite me though).

The churn will mostly be squad players not first XI. I also expect Saito to stay.

I genuinely worry about what state this planet will be left in For future generations. It will be boiling figuratively and literally the way things are going. Thats if WW III hasnt finished us off by then. But the worlds' politicians dont seem to care one iota. Its alll me me me now now now.
