help to uninstall norton 21:52 - Aug 28 with 1553 views

trying to uninstall Norton from my laptop.

I didnt fill in the questionaire why I'm leaving and went straight to uninstall.

Got a window up say preparing to uninstall....please wait. you've guessed it, three hours later and 3 attempts later I'm still waiting

Any advice gladly welcome

Norton is a nightmare to uninstall.

if it's Norton Internet Security or Norton 360, try using this norton uninstall utility - always worked a treat for me on customers' PCs when I couldn't uninstall it 'normally'

you'll probably have to reboot after running it, but then it should be compeletly off of your system.
