Why would Labour want to take on the Unions, they are not Conservatives, they would rather work with them.
The NHS is extremely efficient for a huge organisation. It has far less management to staff compared to most private companies. Yes, it has problems due to insufficient funding.
Most tourists have private medical insurance , just as we would have when going overseas.

It means lawyers work out of their chambers for free, often to raise their reputation or gain experience with more high profile cases. You couldnt have had Starmer working for you for free because you (presumably) aren’t a convicted terrorist. | |
