Remember we reported that he has set up a welcome group for new players, and if they have partners, wives, kids etc. I’m not a huge fan of him as a player but have to question where we would be this season without him. On and off the pitch. |
And that's why he is always in the starting 11, I bet hes one of the best trainers at the club as well. I do hope he's allowed to roam upfield more this season.

Looking back, I did really stupid things in my twenties and could be a right dick at times but there was no social media and everyone didn't have a camera in their pocket. I grew up in my own time and space without it being broadcast to the world. Helping youngsters who are on as much money in a month or two as most people are on in a year should be a high priority at every club.

Criticising him is like throttling a puppy . He is exasperating ,IMO,as I think he has real ability but is asked to do too much . It’s just my opinion. He is unquestionably a great pro

Do you know Keith I think you’ve cracked it. Grimes can stay but as players liaison officer, sorting out their living arrangements, barbecues etc etc. As long as he’s not playing I’d be happy for him to stay

["He's been brilliant since he's been here," Williams said. "We haven't seen him much on the pitch but he's trained fantastically well and he's supported the group really well "He's a top character and he's had a tough time. He got injured at a bad time because the team started to find some form last season while he was away and it was difficult for him to get minutes. "This pre-season he's worked really hard. He picked up a small injury and of course we've just brought in another striker. So for all parties I think it's a great chance for Myko to go to a club where he's well known and well liked, build some confidence again and hit the back of the net, which I'm sure he will do plenty of times. "I think this way, everyone's happy." ]
