Let’s be honest police now see waving of the English flag as far right .
It’s where we are now

The Police and too many others now see the flying of the Union Flag as a sign of incitement.
No wonder those who believe in their country fight so hard for it to be seen
So many other examples.

St George, St David , St Andrew , St Patrick , no big deal , why now a minefield , I despair .

Saints in general are a bit of a weird thing to get worked up about in the 21st century. Do we really believe some blokes could cure blindness by just touching them, perform necromancy, slay dragons or embark on a massivenational ophidian culling scheme?

These magic men with their super duper powers would probably be locked up today for hearing voices and digging up the dead.

And as a former police officer, the modern day policing culture turns my stomach
We no longer rip onto evil.
Those who peacefully demonstrate that their culture is under threat are not right wing, fascists or scum .

Poll: Christmas. Enjoyable or not

Good point well presented,it's called selecting a target.

They should all be condemned. Absolutely.

Yet on this thread (so far) it’s only the St. George’s Day mob are the only ones being defended 🤷🏻

Why didn't you start a thread on this when it occurred, or is it only due to your bias against the English supersedes everything else. 6 arrests were made , 4 for being drunk , how many Swans fans were arrested recently when we played Bristol City ?

Maybe because I don’t watch GB News?

Not sure where you got the anti-English thing from. The thing I get accused of most on here is being an Anglophile.

I may be wrong but I don’t ever recall posting an anti-English post.

Lived over the Bridge for 24 years. Son born in England etc.

Not long back from Spain and I did notice quite a few Spanish flags flying in various locations on the costa del sol .
Back in Blighty and the union jack is cinspicuous by its absence.
