Let’s see I posted a perfectly reasonable, polite and factual post (which was very positive about our team) on granted an “horrendous thread” (started by the self appointed, then, chief mod) and said chief mod (who has long been using me as his perpetual bullying target whilst being friendly and supportive of another tame ID that continually criticises The Board and Garry) responded with “Horrendous C*nt”.
As for this IP ban issue. Happened to me quite a few times (same as WH) — normally right or soon after posting in disagreement with Darran, Starskey or IS, interestingly my post (which I view on the thread) then also disappears. Not a problem when using the same device with a different IP. Interesting indeed.
Phil did you check IP blocks because they do not need to refer to the ID — just the IP.

Well you certainly were stalking me for quite some time recently, strange as you were skipping my posts you went out of your way to answer them.
Having read many of your posts and seeing what constitutes right for you then it bodes well for me that I don't quite achieve that level.
p.s the unpleasantness was what turned Huw's stomach and he asked to stop. I suppose I could have taken the easy path and joined the mob with burning torches regardless of Huw's request but lying and insulting a manager who had made historical achievements for us turned my stomach also. I suppose if you respond to the baying mob with facts they are always going to kick up. Perhaps you would care to point out any unpleasantness from me.

Perhaps you would like to produce some examples of the poison beyond comparative stats for those that were dissing our historically achieving mangager and concern at Monk's part in disposing of said manager and lack of respect for said achievements that was even adversely commented on by more than one of the pundits.
In fact even when I was concerned that more experienced manager should be considered for the post (remember when you said you did not want him anywhere near our club as manager) I also pointed out that of course he could be a great success and have continually made it clear that I obviously hope that is the case given our success depends on it.

You have, I notice, however, started taking facts like 'we won in the cup at Chelsea' to start claiming that 'we won there before, we should again' Same at Man Utd. In other words, you are deliberately setting Monk up as a target (this strategy failed miserably at Man Utd of course).In both cases, you conveniently ignored the fact that we got beaten there every time in the league (i.e. against their '1st team', rather than 'cup team').
You've no idea what part Monk played in removing Laudrup or otherwise - every thing I've heard about it all suggests more than one reason, some of which was certainly nothing to do with Monk or anyone else on the Swans' payroll. | | | |

For someone who has stated quite recently that you "quite liked" Laudrup you don't half make a point of doing your best to rubbish his achievements.
Personally I'd like you to stop that.
You and everyone else that for some bizarre reason like to have a pop at him.
It's always the same on here. As soon as a player or manager leaves us we wish only bad luck on them and revel in making threads about how they will face a life of doom and despondency on the football scrapheap. Check out Laudrup, Vorm and Davies for recent examples.
