Maybe be it should say

We know the tickets were over priced
We know that tickets prices will remain exhorbitant in the months ahead
We know that TicketMaster are scamming on ticket fees

despite all that top dollar prices! we still managed to get it fughing wrong

The Club should stand up and say it not try some half arsed apology trying not to offend commercial parties. WE ARE THE CUSTOMER! TOP DOLLAR TOP SERVICE!

Is that supposed to be an apology on behalf of the club to those who missed the first 10 mins of the game???

More like an elevation of blame that the new ticket management system installers failed miserably in checking that the system was fail proof, there wasn't enough turn styles open in the first instance and this new system (which cost loads of money to install) was not ready to deal with influx of fans that it was designed to deal with...

But it's okay, they're working on it...

And through this letter, they're communicating with us...

The East stand entry was shambolic on Saturday. The whole stand was sold out, yet they didn't have all the turnstiles open. Health and safety was an issue because the area outside the stand is simply not wide enough.

I hope they have a very good plan for when and if it is ever extended. I know there will be a pillared system but I hope they have some sort of Millennium Stadium gangway over the slope down to the river.

1. technical issues relating to the printing of tickets and the turnstiles not reading the printed tickets properly
2. staff weren't fully up to speed with the new equipment
3. not enough turnstiles open

Club are aware of these issues and they have been resolved before Saturday.

Ah yeah I misread the bit about Saturday and didn't properly read the last bit.

I wasn't there for the match and so didn't get delayed myself - therefore I'm not upset as some people obviously and rightly are. The statement itself though, don't see anything wrong with it.

I've often read people on here complaining that the website doesn't keep fans updated with information, or complaining about a lack of updates on there.

Now that's sorted people are moaning about it being "long winded".
