Thank Puck 21:55 - Jun 20 with 4251 views | owainglyndwr | England are out, the amount of support we lose throughout Wales for the Swans is unbelievable, with many City folk pro England. Most Welsh people these days sway towards Cardiff City, In years past you would see Swans tops in Aberdare etc all Redturds tops these days and the same for Carmarthen. A lot of Welsh football supporters think A lot of Swans fans are Emglish supporters

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

I'm baffled by his assumption that most Welsh people follow cardiff, I'd love to know what evidence he has to support this, furthermore I'm Welsh but also British and will always back a home country against foreigners

Was around the pubs in Aberdare 3 weeks ago no Swans shirts only Redturds. In Carmarthen this season hoping to watch the Swans but had the Redturds streaming

Thank Puck on 00:41 - Jun 21 with 2197 views | GixerJack | I live in Carmarthen and I can't remember seeing a single scum shirt, blue or wed. I used to play in the Carmarthenshire league more years ago than I want to remember after games in the bars both home and away it was the Swans score that the majority of players/followers were looking for. Everyone seemed to have a "big team" they followed but in Wales it was the Swans. More recently there is a ticket availability issue though because most people cant commit to all games so aren't interested in a season ticket but would go to a few games a season if tickets were more easily available Anyway, rant over, I don't give a toss about England

Thank Puck on 09:35 - Jun 21 with 2026 views | SkipTheJack | Total rubbish. For years Cardiff fans have been saying that people from Swansea don't support Wales, and therefore must support England instead. This seems to be based on nothing more than a single union flag being flown at our matches. They hope that if they keep saying this for long enough then eventually people will start believing it. In fact, this myth-creation has actually worked a little - I've had at least one English person ask me if it was true that Swans/Cardiff are like Rangers/Celtic, where Swans fans are unionists and Cardiff fans nationalists (I soon put him straight, and pointed out the results of the Wales Assembly referendum as a true indication of the distribution of nationalists/anglophiles in Wales). Swans fans DO support Wales - I've been to many, many Wales away games. We're just the ones wearing RED and keeping our heads down.

Swans fans (along with Newport, Wrexham and others) are the ones at Wales games supporting Wales. Cardiff fans are the ones at Wales games supporting Cardiff.

If Scotland or Northern Ireland were in Brazil - would you want them to lose as well?

I support Wales, but seeing as we never make a major tournament I'll support whatever home and country is there, can't see anything wrong in that
