Is it worth giving Kolli and/or Bennie a run out? The Downside would mean leaving out 1 or 2 of Talla, Morgan, Murphy, Sutton, Acharacle.

Players are set for Girona in Spain from July 1st.
When do the players comeback for training? Would be good to start updating first team squad very soon. We need to sort out what happens with Begovic and Willock. Any more departures? Or arrivals?

Work to do

There is as there ought to be a lot of work to be done before August.
For me, we have to reduce the age of the side. Too many of the first team squad are in their 30s or approaching it. Even the main players are in their mid 20s. Only Armstrong, Larkeche, EDB, Kolli and Kelman are what I would call young.

11 players out of contract gives us a chance to update/refresh. And start building a quality squad that meets our supposed working model.

I havent got many suggestions, although Asgaard at Wigan has always caught the eye. Greg Spires has done some decent analysis and, I hope Andy Belk and his team have as well.

1 of the clickbait sites listed 11 players OOC in Summer.
It included 3 keepers, Begovic, Archer & Walsh
2 RBs, Kakay & Drewe.
More worryingly Field, Dunne, Willock and Armstrong

It would be good to know that club are on the ball with those they'd like to renew. I wouldn't expect full details as commercially sensitive but move in right direction are well overdue.

Murphy Mahoney likely to be out for the rest of the season with hamstring tear H e had played every game for Swindon Town.
Joe Gubbins is still with Accrington. Be surprised if he is retained by QPR beyond this season.
Joe Walsh has played last 3 weeks at Accrington. On a weekly contract.

we're supposedly interested in Nathaniel Adjei, a 21 yo defender from Hammarby. Understandable up to a point as it was Cifuentes' former club. But competing with Anderlecht, Leeds, Middlebrough and a 3-4m € price tag is just so far out of our scope to be laughable.
Also linked with CJ Hamilton from Blackpool. 28 yo with 1 goal from 18 appearances this season. He may be out of contract in Summer but he doesnt seem to offer anything we havent already got.

Where do they get these stories? Or do they just make them up?

Steve Cook likely to be involved. Dunne back from suspension. So we'll have 2 recognised CBs.
Dozzell & Colback both suspended but Marti says it gives others opportunities. Could that include Willock? Plenty of fans creaming themselves about that, despite the impression that he either doesn't trust his hamstrings, can't be bothered, or both.
