Dunphy Statement
at 14:51 23 Apr 2012

Chris dunphy dale through and through, however money saved by club will be eaten away next season, be intrested to know season ticket sales for last 3 to 4 years.
I imagine not as many will be sold this coming season. ? Home attendaces will drop dramatically EVEN if dale near top !!!! at least should save money on policing costs.
How many players could earn club revenue ? On coporate side will prices be reduced as attending lower division football ? i doubt it. Now a good time to put prices up in shop !!!!!!!! So many clubs offering deals to attract fans at moment, which possibly will carry on doing so next season, so okay having money in bank ? travel costs for club and fans will be horrendous next season.
I imagine close season will be tough with some hard decisions to be made from top to bottom. Admin, Club shop,1st team, youth, catering (stopped using). matchday stewards. etc etc.
On a positive Coley and Belly know what expected and have plenty experience of Div 4.

Its okay as loan players wages can be paid out by profits made from red hot "coleman mustard" t-shirts priced cheaply @ £12.99 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! club doesnt miss a chance to cash in !!!

What does Coleman benefit on coming to Rochdale ? Not long ago sky sports interveiwing Accy chairman about investment in the club !!!
IF relegation happens check clubs in lower division, lots of travel and not many decent gates at Spotland 2012/2013. Will seriously impact on club at every level, season ticket sales, corporate, club shop, match day attendances.
No reserve side as such. how many youth players progressed in recent seasons ? What impact will new changes have to club under EPPP programme being rolled out across country ?
So a good challenge awaits Mr Coleman and Mr Bell

2012 looks bleak

If continue to struggle, look at other clubs similar to dale following promotion and short stay prior to relegation. Conference has called before for other teams. Daggers looking into abyss. Money as usual will be short, no reserve team for players either. No step from youth team. What happened to players after youth team won league ?
