Have to say i cant see a ponts penalty is a definate.

As you say Clive, Bristol C & Leeds have got away with fines for dealing with non registered agents. West Ham got a hefty fine for the 3rd party issue but again no point penalty.
It must be me but i feel quite confident that we will receive a fine and not a points deduction. I am usually pretty pesimistic about most things to do with QPR.
