You're presuming we've a high regard of the Welsh media. While Dave Jones can be a c0ck, he did ban media members at one stage. Any bias is caused by the media, not us.
Local media more upset the leaks have dried up than anything else. Blake and Harson writing columns... let's just say I'm amazed either can write.
Best part is his laugh, basically saying I will do what I f@cking want. Not a matter if its when he does it. Already got a load of stuff at legoland referring to them as Dragons. Will pis5 myself when it happens.

Putting aside local rivalries, I find it amazing that this guy seems to think that he will attract more fans by positioning Cardiff as some sort of Wales Utd. Football fans don't think like that and never will.

He clearly does not care about the fans and sees them more as an inconvenience as he tries to sell football in his homeland , you can see that when he called them ‘customers’ last season. He doesn’t understand how football clubs operate in this country and how fans are seen. His reaction there tells me he would change the name in an instant if he could but the laugh says it all, he knows he would get hammered for it. But I still expect it to happen, it’s what he wants and as pointed out, he probably only needs a bit more success to justify getting away with it.
He pointed out the Hull name change will make them more famous, what utter rubbish. It’s Hull, it doesn’t matter what you call them. Same will apply to Cardiff. On that subject as he released any details on how this re-branding has worked? Have they sold any shirts in Asia? Are people watching the games? Are they making money out of it? He can’t ride the promotion for much longer, that would have happened regardless of what kit they are wearing.
Seeing those two stand there giggling like little girls over changing years of tradition and history just because they prefer it is cringe worthy. Thank god it’s not us.
