Much admired in Tommy Docs team in the 70s...a real hard worker i remember Brian and Tony young both scoring in the last 2 mins at old trafford i think against chelsea to earn us a draw....thanks for everything Brian |  | | |

Brian was playing in that game ( Telford ) but it was Stewart Thompson that made that terrible backpass. I seem to recall Brian hitting the bar or only just missing with a free kick late on but we were well beaten by then.

I remember him playing cricket for Norden Seconds in the early 1990s. A great bloke had many conversations with him during the many rain breaks. His son also called Brian was the scorer at the time
