And Everton kick off in three hours. Football is getting more nutty.

Tbf although no chance Cifuentes was ever going to be picked up by Everton, I personally would prefer Cifuentes over Moyes if i was an Everton fan.

Moyes has been a decent Premiership manager, but he is yesterday's man.

How is he yesterday’s man? West Ham did well under him including their first ever European trophy. Ageist nonsense.

He's no secret. I'm sure his manager/agent fields inquiries all the time. But, I'm also pretty sure, he's no Michael "Mick" Beale. I'm guessing he'll want to improve his resumé with us in the next three years. That would ideally mean promotion, or playoffs, if he wants to take a serious step up in his career.

He got relegated with Sandefjord and stuck with them, so hopefully this indicates willingness to stay.

Not quite their first European Trophy.

I was at wembley in 1965 to see then beat Munich 1860 2-0 to win the European Cup Winners Cup.

The days when Bayern were only the second best team in Munich!
