22/23 fixtures on 11:15 - Jun 23 with 3028 views | DaleiLama | Tuesday fixtures (h) and (a) for Tranmere and Orient. Close the season at Harrogate (a) - where Robbie made his league debut as our manager. We obviously can't look as bad as we did then, with so little prep, but it will be interesting to see how far Robbie has managed to advance the club from that low ebb. Not expecting miracles, but significant progress (which has to include a minimum of not being in a relegation scrap) must be the bar for this campaign. Sprinkle in some of that entertainment we were promised and plenty to look forward to. #upthedale, notforsale

Need more new players before we can judge RS in comparrison to last season. Besides O'Connell, O'Keeffe leaving which many Dalys thought would happen and then Clark leaving only a few have signed. Which means it is possible that RS main targets may have gone else where...

Gillingham, Stevenage & Swindon as the first 3 away fixtures. get a lot of that total mileage out of the way early !! Decent opener, looking forward to it EDIT: In fact add Carlisle, Northampton, Colchester Newport, after the first 3 I mentioned, and its a hell of a start when it comes to spending money on travel up front [Post edited 23 Jun 2022 12:26]

Possible Leccy, but not necessarily probable I would contend. Yes, we lost Bonesy & to a lesser extent CoK, but we added O'Donnell in goal, EEL in defence, Diagouraga in midfield and Rodney up top - more than "a few" (= usually 2 or at a stretch three) in my book. Also, it's not a case of how fast we recruit, but how well. Thus far, we seem to be on a pretty good trajectory and there's still plenty of time. Just like you can't win the title at Christmas, you shouldn't judge this window 'til it's closed and we've at least seen the team play a dozen matches together. And I did say that RS should be judged after Harrogate (a) = last game of the season. The squad is evolving into what he thinks he can win with. Let's see if results match his strategy and expectations (by season's end). Edit: I think RS said he wants to rely less on loanees this time around too, but as time elapses and squads further up the food chain take shape, managers will decide which players need more game time elsewhere than they can get at their parent club, and I expect we'll still be dipping our toe into that market to supplement recruitment as well.
