WEST HAM UNITED 1 BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION 1 Well done to burnsieespana for being the only one to get this spot-on, and only BFG had the outcome. 21 predicted a win for West Ham with 11 going for a 2-0 in what was the weeks most predicted score. WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS 0 BURNLEY 0 Well done to GOSBTS for being the only one to have this spot-on, and 4 more got the outcome. 18 predicted a win for Wolves. ASTON VILLA 1 MANCHESTER CITY 2 A great 8 got this spot-on, and a further 13 had the outcome. EVERTON 1 LIVERPOOL 4 Nobody had this spot-on, but 23 did get the outcome. TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR 2 BRENTFORD 0 6 got this spot-on, and another 14 had the outcome. MANCHESTER UNITED 3 ARSENAL 2 2 (bwildered and Lewis_1) did well to have this spot-on, and a further 12 got the outcome. After a bright start to this competition, 3 pointers have been hard to come by recently, but thanks to some predictable results from the Premier League, we got a decent 28 this week. Two members did well to have three 3 pointers, they were BFG, who had the Newcastle 1-1 and the wins for Man City and Spurs, and burnsieespana, who also got the wins for Man City and Spurs to go with that good West Ham 1-1. They both also had five outcomes to give them a share of being the weeks top scorer with a brilliant 14 points each. There were five members who had two 3 pointers, the best of which was bwildered, who had the Newcastle 1-1 to go with that good Man Utd 3-2 pick. He also had an impressive six outcomes to give him an excellent 12 points. That top scoring performance from BFG took him back to the top of the table, a position he last held on Week 1. After spending five weeks at the top, mfb_cufc has to settle for second this week. Getting the wins for Leeds and Spurs spot-on, has moved basher2010 back up to third. There is now a 5 point gap to concordman, who is up two places to fourth. On the same number of points is RSCOSWORTH, who along with ghughes11 and Madeira163 maintain their places in the knockout stage places. Back up, after a week away, into the final knockout place is durham_exile. The weeks biggest mover was burnsieespana, with his top scoring performance moving up eight places, to season high eleventh. The excellent week for bwildered moved him up five places. Two 3 pointers, the Newcastle 1-1 and the Man Utd 3-2, moved Lewis_1 up to a season high fourteenth. Despite getting two 3 pointers, the wins for Leeds and Spurs, TheFatGooner actually drops a place, but more impotantly moved 2 points nearer to the knockout qualification. The final member to get two 3 pointers was noah4x4, the Man City 2-1 and the Newcastle 1-1, in what was a rare draw prediction from him. They moved him up four places, and now only within 7 points of the knockouts. In fact with only 30 games left before we know who those qualifiers are, it is good to see that virtually everyone is still in contention for those eight places. Don't forget the next round of games are next Tuesday 7th December.
