It all went in the general income pot 9-12 months ago, its use will have been accounted for (eg over the summer months) and in current circumstances will have been used up along with the rest of the matchday income accrued by the club since then. Paying back season ticket monies - whether in cash or in kind - will have to come out of another income stream. Which, in current circumstances, we haven't got.

Technically we have paid for service we have not received, it’s like buying a BMW Service Pack then them telling you sorry, you can’t have it now which reminds me last year Williams tried to charge me £90 for something which “used” to be part of a regular service & now it’s not... without paying it the light would still come on all when you turned the ignition on. Needless to say I well saw my ass with them big style & it was soon sorted and done complimentry.

My point though remains, as season ticket holders, we purchased a product which under the sale of goods act, the club has failed to fulfil & I am pretty sure there is nothing in the terms & conditions around COVID-19 & would be hard to say it’s an act of god.
If I’m honest, the “no win no fee” vultures have already started commercials about insurance claims not being covered by the virus and I also imagine we’re not the only set of fans in the UK/World discussing it either.
My OP which James (Mr Seal 😀) kindly created into this poll was from what’s been posted on here over the last good few weeks is given the choice, the majority of us would like the money to be put to something useful.
Apart from a couple of smoking shelters which I know I am not going to get, I agree on the toilets could use some upgrading with better hand washing / drying facilities.
Is the printing for the programmes and posters outsourced? Would £10k if available be enough to purchase the relevant equipment so it could be done in house? Also with the amount of ale lovers surprised no one has gone for the option to purchase a mash tun, kettle etc.

DalePrint have never printed the programmes. They don't have the quality of print machine to do it, nor offer competitive enough prices. We use a specialist programme printer.
I'm not sure about the posters, although there aren't really any posters as such now as most marketing is done via social media.

Wow a pretty penny then!
Loads of options that would cost nothing, rather than a refund, the club could offer to have either this or next seasons shirt (next seasons would encourage sales) if people don’t have the refund signed by the team and management.
Why not include a signed shirt, signed pic of favourite player and season ticket as a package next season? Some would no doubt buy 2 shirts just to have a signed one and one to wear.
Only an idea but the cost of 2 dozen sharpies and a few hours of players (who are doing nothing) might be a nice idea and gesture!

I think they might print the weekly draw leaflets.

I think the Sale of Goods Act only covers goods. The right of entry to watch a football match is not a 'good' but a type of service. You might need to consult consumer rights legislation instead.
