Most kegs have a good 4-6 weeks on it.

Casks don't.

Cider has about a year but lasts forever!

I know a landlord who buries strongbow kegs in a field and uses them years later.......BONKERS but true!

When I was 16 me and my mate came into some money and drunk a 3 litre bottle of cider a day for 6 weeks... we saved the empties and planned to make a raft out of them.

Didn't pan out in the end...

I deal with Molston Coors and have been told that they will exchange any out of date barrel for a new barrel as long as it is full and unused, I have a lot of barrels that are half used which I will have to tip away, same goes for crisps nuts etc all will have to be thrown away
