Very prominent in the new film

Expect the usual cringeworthy crap from her mouth

Will spoil what could be a very good film that the attention seeker got her face in there

He's being surprisingly non vocal about it in that case - there's no 30 page rant that I've seen anyway

I would have thought that he'd have an alert system - similar to GCHQ stuff that beeps when the word 'Mad' and 'Mazza' are mentioned on a forum....

Wasn't it Nick that first coined the name ?

I've been trying to remember exactly when it was, but there was one hysterical rant from him on the subject during a game, back in the days of the paltalk chat room. It was obviously a crap game and we were playing badly (properly badly rather than '2nd half against Burnley' badly) and everyone was bored and distracted.

The guy from Denmark was on - can't remember his name either (shocking - brain's like a sieve).

Hang on - Jannick wasn't it - moved to Greenland or similar?

Yup- Jannik. I had a couple of pints with him in Malmo after the game. He'd travelled from north of he Arctic circle in Greenland, flew back to Copenhagen and hen over to Malmo as he didn't want to miss a "home" game- despite the fact he'd travelled probably twice as much as the rest of the travelling support.

Great effort, and a really good bloke.

Jannik was over for the Valencia game last year and met up with him in Malmo. Still around and still a great guy! Splits his time between Copenhagen and the Arctic I gather.

If you know Nick you'll know he's not one to let it drop

Now Nick is one person I do know well, he used to keep me updated back then about goings on, various people and supporters groups involved in various planning and marches ( they wont be in it then ;-) I take it a nick isn't in it either ?

I remember Crofts always on the tv, I found her slightly embarrassing but clearly a committed swans fan.

Have the movie makers gone for safe and soft options ?

apologies - I spelled his name wrong! Great to hear he's still well and still supporting us with the same passion and commitment as ever!

Brillant - one of the few far away fans back in those days !!

I've had a few texts and FB messages pointing me in this direction....it's a thread that's made me laugh. I also didn't know LondonLisa was one of the PalTalk hardcore fans who I enjoyed so many wonderful laughs with. Usually the result was awful, but the banter was often good.

It's a shame Mad Mazza has such a prominent role in this film. How can someone like Richard Lillicrap be hardly mentioned (if at all), yet Mad Mazza be the centre of attention? It's wrong.

My main gripe, before anyone asks, wasn't that she hugged the limelight because it was good to have the Trust on TV. I hated the fact that there were so many like Ron Knuska (sorry about the spelling) collecting money in buckets behind the North Bank in all weather, while she sat in the Director's Box warming her fat arris.

We could have raffled or auctioned the Trust's seat and raised money every week from that but no.....Mad Mazza wanted her front row seat. I used to love it when Gary Martin used to zoom in on the box and add a photo of her in the Director's Box to the top of the Match Reports after each game. What a godsend match reports used to be, eh?

Thankfully, the Trust is now in safe hands and so is the club we love.

It just pains me to see real heros of our history ignored while Mad Mazza gets the limelight again.

Poll: Simple...would you want Leon in the squad right now, if he was available?

No need for this, Nick. It's been a quiet and peaceful place on Planetswans over the last few months and the last thing any of us want here is abuse and name calling.

Ah, screw it. It's Mad Mazza. Carry on...

A can of worms straight off the shelf there Nick.

Paltalk used to be a great get together for world wide fans, there were some real characters every away game for me.
And for some fans, it was the only way they could be close to the action. Some great banter I agree.
Enjoy your holiday.

Yep paltalk days were awesome. Still got my room mind you can't remember the last time I broadcast a game, at least 4 years ago. One of the best times was when 4 of us stayed in it all night, I was hammered by the end of the night, headbanging on cam!. I miss my santa is a jack hat|!

The hair and the beard have gone I am now conforming to society, tis a sad day The b*stards are coming back though

TBH Lor I hated "bouncing" people and tried to get them to see reason, unless it was some foriegn weirdo who came in. I'm still in touch with a fair few from there including Annie in Holland, lou, Taff 4531, grimsby, although he's not been on here for some time. Happy happy days, at least it's still there should the unthinkable happen

One good thing out of it is not having to put up with SJ's hideous choice of pre match and halftime music choices.

My fav...

I did also play this on occasion, quite apt now!

I apologise, I do tend to get carried away and do have a bit of a potty mouth during footie. I think I gave a few people a near heart attack a few times when we scored screaming down the mic!

I was actually asked not to be someone, cant remember who tho

Live footie certainly has spoilt it!
