I’m not sure what Toney has done to be in the squad, let alone start. Since coming back from his ban, he’s not done a lot.
I’d take Watkins up front all day before Toney, would still start Kane though. |

As rubbish as England have been, the structure of the tournament meaning that you can draw three games and still go through has made this group utterly shit. I flicked over to watch the Denmark v Serbia game and Denmark put ten men behind the ball as did Slovenia against England.
Hopefully if England play against a team who attack their better players can get more space.
We will see. |

Watching Trippier here is so painful. Southgate talks about playing players in form. Trippier has just come off a poor injury hit season and he’s playing him out of position. |

Hopefully Saints will only take the bottom two tiers, or even take the Upper Bullens and leave the lower and Paddock for home fans.
Either way I will be asking nearer the time for someone to take a seat home with them for me. I’d ask Wints but I’m not convinced he’d be able to do it 😀 |

The left back position could be an issue. Playing TAA in midfield needs to be binned off too. Get Mainoo alongside Rice.
Was impressed with Guehi though and with Stones and Walker there’s three to make up a solid back four. Hopefully Shaw will be fit for the later stages, but it’s risky. |

Alexander Arnold can’t get at right back so he puts him in midfield.
Mainoo has to start ahead of him. Either way, a team with Trippier at left back won’t get very far in the tournament. |

I really hope so. We have a family dilemma, my niece got engaged two months ago and although she lives in London has always wanted to get married in Liverpool and has her heart set on the venue. They’ve booked it for the bank holiday weekend next May thinking the season will be over. It’s on the Sunday of potentially the last game at Goodison. We’ve loads of season ticket holders within the family so it’s causing her loads of stress.
Got a nervous wait now for the fixtures to come out.
Either way I want my seat to take home and put in the garden. Did Saints let you do that? |

The upper bullens at Everton but is only given to the away fans when they take the full allocation. My ST is the other side of the same stand so I get where you are coming from, the view is awful and going for a piss at half time is a nightmare. I can’t remember the last time I got a pint at half time as it’s just so crowded down there.
But I will miss it when we leave next season. It hasn’t changed in decades, and I love that. |

I dont understand how Branthwaite isn’t in the squad, biased and all that, but he’s streets ahead of Dunk regardless of his age. There’s tons of attacking options but the defence and midfield looks light. |
