My mate whose lad was at Swans at one time, always used to talk about Sheehan who must have been around 18 then says that he's quality and used to control the midfield in games, he shined tonight again fair play.  |

Who is gonna come in and change Wales's fortunes if Gatland goes?
Gatland knows the Welsh Rugby landscape far more than any other coach, he needs time to improve these players or add others who he can coach up to standard, some players currently in the squad either need more time or need replacing because some there now will never be good enough in my eyes.
I'm sure Gatland will make us more competitive, the clown before him hasn't helped his cause because he never brought any younger players through cause he wanted results to make a name for himself that much is obvious. |

There has to be the ability to improve to start with, you can't put things in place to improve personnel if the personnel haven't got the ability to improve, some things are beyond some, same as in the work place.
Gats is trying his best and working with what he's got, he knows what he's doing 100%. |
