| Forum Thread | Swansea City Premier League XI: 2011 - 2018 at 10:51 9 May 2018
Now that the writing is on the wall, what would your best 11 be from the Premier League era? I'm going 4-5-1. GK: Fabianski RB: Rangel CB: Chico CB: Williams LB: Davies CM: Britton CM: Shelvey CM: De Guzman RM: Dyer LM: Sigurdsson CF: Michu SUBS: Bony, Allen, Fernandez MANAGER: Rodgers |

Fabianski - Retain Nordfeldt - Retain Bartley - Sell Amat - Sell van der Hoorn - Retain Mawson - Retain Olsson - Retain Rangel - Retain Naughton - Retain Fernandez - Retain Kingsley - Loan Out Ki - Sell Britton - Retain Fer - Retain Dyer - Sell Routledge - Retain Montero - Sell Sigurdsson - Retain Cork - Retain Narsingh - Retain Carroll - Retain Fulton - Loan Out Barrow - Sell Emnes - Sell Ayew - Retain Llorente - Retain Baston - Sell McBurnie - Loan Out So that means, if I were PC I would want; 1x CB 1x LB (happy with SK as back up but a loan would be good for his development) 2x CM (1 creative and a younger Leon) 1x LW 1x CF 6 players, 2/3 of which would need to be first team quality. | Forum Thread | Huw's Signings at 14:33 21 Jan 2017
I'd like to thank Huw on behalf on Planet Swans for single handedly scouting and arranging the deals for Olsson and Carroll - two players that helped us win the game today. |

We were excellent in the first half and I thought we were very unlucky to go in 1-0 down. Second half, they scored a fluke which killed the game. We looked like a decent side for the first time in ages today for 45 minutes and if we play that well against the bottom teams, we will beat them. [Post edited 14 Jan 2017 18:08]

| Forum Thread | Our Chances of Staying Up Post-Palace at 17:21 4 Jan 2017
I have seen a lot of posts on the forum that have stated that it would be a 'miracle' if we stayed up and up until the final whistle last night I would have leaning towards the same thought. I don't think it would be a miracle if we stayed up and is very do-able if Clement is a solid manager and we can recruit a centre half, midfielder and winger in this transfer window. In reality, all we have to do is gain one more point than Sunderland and two more than Palace over the remaining 18 games. It wouldn't be the biggest surprise in the world if that happened in my view. We've got tough fixtures coming up but all the other teams around us have to play the top teams too. Obviously we need to be a lot more like last night's Swans as opposed to Bob Bradley's Swans to achieve safety but it's by no means a done deal that we're down. As $hit as we've been, Sunderland, Palace and Hull are just as bad. [Post edited 4 Jan 2017 17:36]
