They have changed the login details so it is now membership no then date of birth as the password in DDMMYYYY format no /.
The seating plan is confusing to say the least, I kept looking at different blocks but very difficult to have an exact idea of where your seat is which when you are paying £600+ isn't really good enough.
I eventually got through to the ticket office today after trying most of yesterday whenever I had a spare moment, and purchased over the phone.
Last season I purchased a ticket for Watford away through their online site (away seats sold out) and it was brilliant you could choose exactly where you wanted to be.
