Closing 120 sites and seeing many(unconfirmed reports) that Morfa will be one. Be sad to see it go but unsurprising as overpriced and standards dipped dramatically over the years used to go every home game up until about 5 years ago and now maybe twice a season just for a pint. Change of plans on match days for a lot I would imagine if true!

Well thanks for the memories and service Wayne showed your passion and love for this club crying your eyes out coming off the pitch brilliant service looks like yanks decision as Potter and management team consoled him and obviously want him for one last year |
| Forum Thread | Policing tonight at 00:02 10 Apr 2019
Way OTT with our current financial plight was there the need with Stoke taking only maybe between 100 and 200 fans to have multiple police armed with machine guns around the harvester and roundabout leading to the ground. Myself and a few fans around at time thought it was ridiculous unless a specific threat had been alleged etc no comebacks please regarding assets by Stoke players on us Jacks tonight like on Pitch please |

Club I used to work for in Scotland Dunfermline sacked their manager today and Billy Reid is now being heavily linked to the job they were after him when he was Hamilton manager. |

I really thought his analysist performance on sky was so strange he is on loan at Ipswich from Burnley and referred to his own team as they and referred to a team mate as “their right back” also said his team were playing like an u23 side v a men’s team. Totally weird thought for a minute I must of missed something and he’d left them but no just out injured. Wonder what his team mates think of that when they hear. |

Not a wind up but hilariously this got called off yesterday as the pitch was too dry there has apparently been no rain in Elgin for 9 weeks solid so match was postponed never heard of anything like this before? |

Forget the player team and league who else agrees you would love to see that goal being replicated by one of our players the ultimate goal if you ask me one of my favourites of all time his desire leadership composure skill and ended up with a goal with literally last kick of game. Loved it |

The amount of people saying how much they enjoyed that is so refreshing to hear. Mediocre first half which was to be expected in all probability but superb second half lovely football and like watching the old Swans. Get in! |
| Forum Thread | Ben Woodburn at 19:13 29 Jul 2018
Looks like he is going out on loan with Villa interested but Sheff Uts and Wigan also keen surely IF one of hem can get him we could possibly. Would be well happy to see us take him on loan for season at least it would cheer most of us up |
| Forum Thread | The sad thing about all this is.... at 11:32 29 Jul 2018
Yes we are in the championship again and yes we are all disappointed about current situation lack of signings etc etc. We punched above our weight and capabilities for longer than we all thought however the saddest thing about the last few years is the most important thing.... it has divided the most important thing to any club and hats it’s fans. I respect mostly everyone’s opinions on anything in life and it’s all about debate not hate when talking over things the thing that I find personally frustrating is the way this has all transpired. In projective terms we went up with a decent squad and spent compatibly less in first year up than we did in the rest of our time up in PL which continued for a second season. Now it’s all good and well saying we don’t have stadium and financial clout etc but the business model and standing we had got into then gave us an advantage ie laudrups side sell on value of players etc etc. So we earned and fought our way there and then after laudrup we started to spend more and more BUT then declined which is unforgivable. I liken it to if my boss gave me a shed full of dosh to improve my store and improve sales, standards, customer experience etc and literally every key performance measure decreased I wouldn’t have a leg to stand on and rightly so. We have wasted millions to get worse is where I’m getting at so all this well we don’t have the financial clout is a nonsense in SOME Regards the money we had continued to be wasted Fees on substandard players, pay offs for all managers booted and huge wages for poor players. I run a multi million pound organisation and I manage to improve it with reduced labour costs and good strategic planning I’m not a genius but have a decent enough business brain. We now have discontent partly because some fans have never seen the lows whilst most of us including myself have. I hate bullshit and sadly our board and owners are full of it. remember HJ as the clubs saviour when he and a few others saved the club well to me that has utterly been destroyed” Dyer is like a new signing” on his return from Leicester was just insulting as was the insult “we will learn from this near miss with relegation” two years ago. Also I find it staggering that some still think he should remain in charge after the unfair dismissal findings of two ex directors and alleged penning of his name to meetings that never transpired in any other place of work that would be he sack and does this still pass the fit and proper peoples test to run a football club? We desperately need a unifying head of club to move us forward, don’t shoot me for this but I believe Potter was brought in to kind of fulfill this role with playing style, community initiative mindset like the stuff he used to set up between fans and players/staff in Ostersunds. Sadly I think he is the right man at completely the wrong time, personally he would be perfect for a year or twos time when we have cleared the deadwood which we must/have to and all the dust has settled, right now he has come in at the start of the powder keg evolution. Even if one league 1 he’d be in a better place with more of a blank canvas and someone more experienced and a short term appointment to get us through the next two windows of getting all the old out so we CAN then refresh totally and someone like Potter would be far suited to that. I’ll be there this season and next and whatever league we are in I’m a Swansea City fan through and through but only we can make the difference and we need to now. Get behind Potter and players but drive the old regime and Yanks out of our club so we can unite and whatever fall out after is be proud OUR CLUB is back Change it...only we can! |

| Forum Thread | Potter and Ostersunds Culture Academy at 12:49 21 Jul 2018
Brilliant Article on BBC sport Scotland an interview with Billy Reid and features videos etc on his time with Graham Potter in Sweden and how they evolved the amazing culture and ride of the club and indeed the community. Can’t copy and paste link but excellent viewing. Just go to BBC sport Scotland and it’s down the bottom I knew about Billy Reid also from my time in Scotland with him you can expect a lot of emergence of youth he was responsible for bringing through Hamilton’s great bunch of players and surge years ago players like McArthur McCarthy etc and was catalyst for their great academy |
