It would be virtually impossible to dismiss Martin unless there was gross misconduct or grounds to start a process based on performance. The team being useless would not be grounds. Far too many parameters that a manager could use to take on any dismissal process. I’m afraid it’s pay up the remainder of his contract as the only realistic option. |

Dibling will be sold. Big clubs are already after him so a loan back would be the only possibility but doubtful.
Lallana will stay in a coaching capacity probably with the academy.
As long as we get rid of Stephens the rest are up for discussion I guess. KWP will go. |

Any sensible fan would accept that we will be relegated this season irrespective of who the manager is.
What we can’t accept is this throwing away goals week in week out as a direct result of Martins bizarre tactics, his team selections and his direct refusal to accept responsibility and change things.
Let’s go down at least with our heads held high not as a laughing stock managed by an arrogant fraud. |

Martin must go. Not just because of results but for the fact he puts himself and his failing tactics above everything else. The ‘I will not change’ mantra is blind arrogance and is totally disrespectful to the fans who part with their hard earned money to watch the team week in week out. And remember when we are relegated people at the club will lose their jobs. Martin doesn’t give a shite about them or indeed anything else other than himself. He is a fraud who got away with it in a lower league but has now been found out and is too up his own arse to see it. |

The issue is it’s ruining the game. That moment of pure joy and a shared bond when Saints score has been destroyed as people in as bunker miles away take nearly 5 minutes to make a decision despite the directive on clear and obvious errors.
Add to that the feigning injuries, the blatant cheating and managers waving imaginary cards at officials after last night I’m done with it all. Cancelled TV subscription and will spend my disposable income elsewhere. I may return when we are back in the Championship. |

That’s it. I’m done with this bollox. Clear and obvious they say but then take over 5 minutes. VAR has killed the game I know and grew up watching. I no longer enjoy it so won’t bother anymore. |
