On a serious note they have pulled of a major coup in getting Dick Bate as academy manager. If he's there for a number of years they will produce talent.
To be fair, as long as we have a Jazz Richards coming through every year as a squad player and a Ben Davies/Joe Allen every 2/3 years we will be doing just fine |  |

Ben Davies got his chance because he proved himself to Laudrup on the pre season tour to America last year. He had already played in the two games prior to Taylor getting injured last season
