For me, we need a manager with experience and stomach for a fight. Someone in the Sean Dyche mould

I was appalled when Brendan Rodgers was appointed so my knowledge on what makes a successful manager isnāt that great.š BUT he has no managerial experience (only as a no.2) and for me wouldnāt command the respect that others may. Iād love a Dyche character here. Or a Chris Wilder. Someone who command s respect and instils fear in equal measures and wonāt settle for anything less than 100%. Tate is not in that company in my opinion.
