He did well today. Some really good headers and blocks. He's committed and you can see a better understanding developing between him and Dunne. Dunne got some stick as a CB in the past but he was often played as left side CB. He's so much more comfortable on the right.

Good news I thought he was a goner after his Portsmouth nightmare and again against Swansea but he is tough mentally and we need him badly. Once we go ahead and push the lead out our defenders always play with more confidence and agression which is vital to pull off wins and we have good experience there now. Wonder what the new kid from Southampton will offer and can he fight his way into the first 11 .

Foxy whilst not a Rolls-Royce of a defender, is a reasonably steady Championship campaigner once he's up-to-speed. More of a diesel engine these days in that he takes a while to warm up.

Yeah, fair play to him. Two decent performances after the Swansea horrorshow when he looked totally shot. Weird player as he has generally been okay for us but has also thrown in two of the worst individual performances I've seen this season. Marti clearly likes him.
