I'll start by saying, this is not my forum usually. But the artist formally known as Twitter has become an echo chamber of monstrous proportion.
Nourry needs to be removed from his post ASAP before he can do any more damage, there is a vandalism of our club happening and it needs to stop immediately.
But how do we do it? I feel like fans and supporters groups have been weak for a long time now. There were some great folk back when we are in administration that were with QPR 1st.
I've heard rumours of some stuff happening, but it needs to be coordinated and it needs to happen ASAP.
I'd honestly be close to being done with QPR if they sack Marti who is the only bloody good thing about this club right now.
Someone needs to bring this together, protests for protests sake do not work. It needs to have purpose, be targeted and ask the right questions and have the right people involved.

I still find it unbelievable that the Manager, apparently, has no say in what players that we sign. I fail to see how it will ever work if that is how recruitment is done, next thing I will be told that the No2, working 'hand in hand' with MC, is also signed by one of Nourry mates to report back to the Board!!!

My worry about appoinments by this board is that they might know even less names than us. Warburton, Warnock and Steve Gallen are the names we fans come up with.
The owners, meanwhile, rarely even go to our matches.
How can they possibly draw up a list of the best Directors of Football when they're rarely at football?
You start up your copy of Football Manager, ‘start unemployed’, ‘go on holiday’ through to 2030 and see which managers get promoted to the PL.
Rerun that simulation 20 times to form a #dataset, throw in a cheeky xPivot and baby you’ve got yourself a managerial shortlist!!

Nourry is the CEO and the DOF, he's running the whole club, if he's not to blame for whats happened under his watch then who is?
You don't need to know the inner workings of the football club to spot the problem
Under Ferdinand he was always given a pass as the the owners were having a massive say on who the manager was and the direction of travel, thats not the case anymore so if we do well Nourry would rightly get the credit but if we don't he gets the blame and thats the way it should be
How do you know that Nourry is DOF??? Has Nourry actually said that he is DOF??

If Nourry got on the number 73 bus tomorrow morning and f ucked off permanently to Stoke Newington Common we'd still lose at home to bloody Stoke next bloody Saturday.
My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

As we’ve been saying on LFW for months, the director of football role went out of the door with Les Ferdinand and has been combined with the CEO role. It’s Nourry writing the theme tune and singing the theme tune as a “sports minded CEO” with “a quality team of people around me – a strong academy director in Alex Carroll, a head of recruitment (Andy Belk) who has perhaps more responsibility here than you would see in other football clubs at this level.”
CN: “We decided to go through a process in October when the club was in a difficult situation in the league to try and get out of a cycle of two things. The first is having a big churn of coaches at first team level. The second is getting to a situation where the football club is disrupted as little as possible when unfortunately one coach leaves and another arrives. We took the opportunity to establish a style of football that we want to develop and coach throughout the club that also helps us make an informed decision over the head coach, be it first team, women’s team, U21s. You will see principles of play at U16 that we’re attempting to put together for U21 and first team. There are obvious limitations to that and practical things to bear in mind… We do want to get to a stage where as many of our academy players as possible understand the technical details of the football we’re trying to play so they have the best possible chance of going from the academy to a success in the first team.”

As always, the fans are considered superfluous. Reminds me of the poem- It's Tommy this and Tommy that and Tommy wait outside, But it's “good old Tommy Atkins” when the troopship's on the tide. Sorry, I'm in my cups and as always on Sunday evening, awaiting Clive's report.

There is no DOF currently and it appears to be shared by several people at the Club. Nourry has said he is 'Sports Minded CEO' ....whatever that is. If he was the DOF then why would he say that as well as being the CEO he has also a DOF role? I think that he is involved in signing players just like any other CEO.
He is no fool, he knows that he does not have the necessary knowledge to know who to sign from a playing prospective.

You've seen our signings, right?

Personally, I think it's clear from this that Nourry has merged both the old CEO role and the old DoF role and sits as both in one.
It states this in the article.......
He made it clear that the recruitment structure at QPR is a collaborative process between himself, head coach Marti Cifuentes, his assistant Xavi Calm and head of recruitment Andy Belk..........
I understand that and concur with it and see no real issues.
So why is the CEO getting all the blame???

Because he oversees that "collaborative process" and we are bottom of the league.

I'm not sure I can get the finger puppets out any more mate, it's late.
It's all there in front of you. All the people involved have told you, on the record, repeatedly.
The team is bottom of the league.
Bed time Norf.......what I do know is that we are bottom of the league but I still want MC to remain as our head coach/manager whatever he is called now.
