So what we going for?

A 2-1 defeat my guess, cup upsets only happen against us not for us.

Would like to see Kelman and Bonne up top today

Thomas has been a positive in his short time on the pitch .

He can play up front too can't he? Might be useful as I can't see Murray or Austin finishing matches. Fck me, we need to try something new up front though.

With an attitude like that, it's fans like you who are part of the problem when it comes to the F A Cup and, indeed, the whole professionalism of the club, in my opinion. (I presume you weren't at Wembley in 1982, if you were even born.)

I was there in 67 82 and 86 you cretin
Why should we as fans give a toss about a cup game when every football club in the land don't
I could not care less about losing this apart from the fact we have lost again to Fulham and we have knackered ourselves in doing it

We’ve played well and with a decent striker we’d have won today within the 90... we desperately need some quality up front.

I agree. We need 2 proven goal scorers for 6 months to bail us out.

The defence and midfield can make it through the season

Our attack (or lack of it) will cost us our championship status

Time for Red Adair and his mate to come in for 6 months only. Save the ship from sinking

When it went to ET it felt like Warbs gave up. Its a one off cup game. Does he bring our more experienced attacking players on to try and win it? No, he leaves them on the bench.

I'm fast losing patience with him. Seems to have little in the way of tactical nous.

I agree, no one wants to lose any game but to lose anyway having to play extra time before Luton and Wycombe ..the worst outcome .

Which makes you not just a cretin, but an old cretin. In my opinion.

Why, then, be a fan at all, if you're so mentally dragged down you can't even care that we lose an F A Cup game (again) against our local rivals (again) through a combination of incompetent recruitment/player development that means we don't have a credible forward line and a manager whose crass substitutions effectively throw the game?

Mind you, Warburrton's 'looked after the players' again, so everythings tickety boo! Now let's see how many we don't score at Luton!

Poll: What should the club do now (assuming no imminent change of owners)?

I’d give Kelman & Austin a run up top or BOS &Austin I never want to see Bonne play again in a QPR shirt

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

Yeah especially bringing on Nico who is stealing a living

When I see posts like this I’m glad that supporters like you aren’t allowed to go to games at the moment. Stealing a living is Bosingwa or SWP on big money taking the piss.

Nico’s a young lad making his way in the game who looks out of his depth at the moment but I don’t think he’s stealing a living.

To be fair, he doesn't have a particularly strong bench, certainly compared to the multi million pound players that Parker could draw on. I was surprised that we didn't bring on Albert or Willock, though.

Never knowingly understood

If we had Guardiola or Klopp as managers - would it make any difference?
You can only do so much with the skill level that you have.
90% is to do with economics and we can't go out and buy the quality that we obviously need.
So let's hope the youngsters develop cos that's all we have.
Survive hopefully in the Championship and then another year of development.
It now all depends on whether we have the right youngsters and whether the coaching department is good enough don't you think anyone?
And maybe Charlie will bring us a big hurrah for the next few months - hoping!

Agree with giving Kelman and Austin a go, but to be honest I don't know why Bonne needs to be shit all over.

Austin isn't going to player every minute of the remaining 20(?) games so we need to work on Bonne and Dykes wether Austin is here or not. Bonne scored the winner against Derby two months ago so he has it in him.

Just the two goals, one which was an equaliser (Sheffield W), one which won the match (Derby) it is then.

we missed too many chances, dykes had a biggy around the 70th and kelman didn;t slide in for brights; cross soon after.....still, the fact is we can't win and can't score, things need to change. ainsworth in for me.

Before Chair and Carol came off we looked okay in that way we always seem to, toying with idea of winning a game but getting to the final third and saying 'not today''. The players keep you believing, then Warbs makes the sub and you feel a fool for dreaming.

What good would a cup 'run' do for us this season with a threadbare squad and covid running rife through the league?

This is an awful season, we just need to get through it and stay in the Championship.

When the majority of clubs start treating the cup with respect so shall I. We at QPR have been leaders in treating the cup with disdain... so why should we as fans be any different
If our club approached a cup game with more commitment and not treat it like a pre season friendly then I may be different
If you ask what most on here would rather have a win today or a win at Luton what do you think the answer would be?
I hate QPR losing any game but as a supporter for nearly 60 years I have kind of got use to it
I'm more concerned about us not scoring.... again than losing a cup game to an EPL team who really only broke sweat after 60 mins

..but this is a message board ,where opinions can be voiced. We are not at the game . Nico is nearly 24 so not that young and is either playing for peanuts or has a brilliant agent .IMO we need to sign a left back this month .

Call me what you like, it’s water off a ducks back to me with the petty your not a fan thing , if you don’t like what I say put me on ignore I’ve been going 37 years and I’m struggling to think of a worse left back at rangers than him

The concern for me is Luton beat Reading and Wycombe stuffed Preston today, whilst we endured another winless game without a goal and extra time. Having lost at home to Reading and Preston this is deeply troubling whether we will actually score, let alone win either game coming up.
