Anybody looking forward to playing the Canaries next? 20:16 - Mar 3 with 3419 viewsskettyparkherbert

After yesterdays result against Bolton should we be looking forward to the next game at Norwich or concerned that having played for long periods of yesterdays game against 10 men then 9, will we struggle big time against a proper top Championship side away?

Thoughts please?

It’ll be s completely different type of game to yesterday. They controlled the game and gave us a lesson in clinical finishing when they visited the Liberty. I always look forward to games, but it’s going to be a tough one. Very tough.

Bolton finished with nine men because the only way they could stop us was by illegal means. Simple as. If we were rubbish they wouldn't have had to resort to illegal tactics to do so. We won 2-0 against a team that came simply to defend because they had not a dogs chance of matching us skill wise. We won mun, let's be positive. I think we'll give Norwich a good game. At least they'll come at us and leave room at the back.

Next three league games are Norwich, WBA and Forest all away.

Very tough and we'll do very well to get anything from them.

Personally I haven't been this relaxed about the run in of a season for a very long time. I just hope we play well and the development of our young players and manager continues.

Norwich gave us a total lesson in moving the ball quickly and movement off the ball. One we don't seem to have learned anything from.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Our recent away form suggests an absolute mauling...

But if anyone knows us will know, these are the games we raise our game for... however, Leeds and Wednesday suggest we can’t handle teams that get right at us from the off...😫🙈

I'm not as positive as you my friend cos what i saw was us struggle to beat a very poor team yesterday.

Whether they came to defend or not we couldn't break them down as we just passed the ball mostly in front of them and didn't have the movement off the ball to finish them off.

When Norwich came here they gave us a lesson with and without the ball as well as finishing.

I hope we do well but we haven't got the work ethic for me or the players to dog it out to get to the playoffs, but here's hoping.

That's Potters fault ,he needs to kick arses and I don't think he's got that him in ,Our football is nice but not gritty enough when it needs to be

Best team seen down the Lib this season, gave us a total lesson

We won’t beat them there, no chance. Love to be proved wrong tho 👍

Even if we score four they will score five, we don't have the stomach for games like these.

Decent team but at home they will play a different game to away. We have the speed and skill to hurt them. Need to get to 60 and not be down a goal or two. Tactics wise we could have a very good 60. I see us doing well this time round and giving Norwich a decent game.

1 1 draw.

It is hard to breakdown an 11 man defence. Manchester City had 82% possession 23 shots but only managed 1 goal in the 60th minute.

They certainly play a high tempo pressing game and their midfield and attack are very effective (although we did gift them 2 of the 4 goals at home). However, their defence is a bit dodgy (they give away a lot of goals; they've conceded more goals than we have) and Krul is way past his best.

Not saying we're going to win, but will be interesting to see how Potter sets up against them now that he has played them once. Looking forward to a Friday night in Norwich

Yes they have conceded 3 more goals than Swansea

But the big difference is they have scored 26 more goals than Swansea

Look also at the number of times they have come from behind to win a game

This from a supporter of a team who has a great record this season for not scoring whilst letting them in droves at the other end!

Straightforward win for Norwich, 2-0 without having to get out of second gear

A Mulder mistake and a defensive error probably

The point still stands; their defence is pretty average.
