Jack to a king LTD?? on 22:05 - Feb 7 with 5933 views | headcleaner | interesting reading when you click on Dineen's name. SWANSEA CITY ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED(THE) (00123414) whats the "The" all about? why is the clubs business split into so many subsidiaries? premier club, management committee? and I take it one of those addresses would be his home address. or are they non-existent premises or just a shelf company address? Seems they spend half their time shifting directorships and appointing and resigning instead of actually doing a job

Why do you say that? Is it because of those numbers in parentheses on the accounts? I don't know the first thing about accounting, but I'd guess they're codes or something - not cash amounts. It's all very strange though. It says the company's business is video distribution or something. Why's Pearlman a director? And I don't suppose it's a coincidence that people have resigned at the same time that Pearlman joined.
Jack to a king LTD?? on 04:56 - Feb 8 with 5496 views | bonymine | My simplistic interpretation of this having viewed several of the documents filed at CH is that the Football Club made interest free loans of £1.2M to JTAK Ltd to enable the production of the JTAK film on the basis that this debt would be repaid from future film rights/sales. The most recent Accounts filed for the year ended 28 Feb 2018 reveal that the debt owed to the Football Club still stands at £801,660. [Post edited 8 Feb 2019 5:00]

On face value it would appear that the club itself paid for the commercial that the original owners used to sell it and personally enrich themselves. Of course, the club was never reimbursed from these massive profits for the losses made on the advertisement that the BBC could probably have knocked together for 5% of the cost. That whole thing stinks far more than anything the Americans have come up with so far.

From that post when you say morons I take it you mean Jenkins, Morgan, Dineen, The Clog et al ? Alternatively, I would be intrigued to hear your own interpretation of these official Accounts filed at Companies House which are in black and white but clearly not visible through those rose tinted Sellout specs you are always wearing ?

To make matters a little simpler for you to comprehend, perhaps you would care to follow this idiots guide in order to view the relevant content ; 1) Click on the link provided 2) Click on filing history 3) Click on 22 June 2015 (view PDF) 4) Scroll down to page 5 of 6 and read the statement under ‘Going Concern’. Here it is anyway just in case the above instructions prove a little too challlenging for you ... ‘To finance the production of the film From A Jack To A King, Swansea City FC Limited have made unsecured interest free advances to the company of £1,200,000.00, of which £1,161,150.42 remains outstanding at 28 February 2015. The directors are confident that future sales will be sufficient for the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Future profits will be allocated to repayment of the outstanding advances. The directors of Swansea City FC Ltd have agreed that repayments will be limited to future profits from the sale of film rights of From A Jack To A King. As a consequence of the above agreement the directors are confident that the company will be able to meet its other liabilities as and when they fall due. As a result they have adopted the Going concern basis’. Clear enough for you now Eddie boy ?

It grossed about 80k at the box office last time I looked. I doubt if the DVD sold many copies either. Around £39k sounds about the right net return. “The directors are confident that future sales will be sufficient for the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due.
