Funnily enough a President Trump is a hell of a less scarier than a President Cruz would have been! Trump will surround himself with advisors especially in regards with Foreign affairs and the Military. Ted Cruz would been too intransigent and would have acted without seeking advice. I am no fan of 'The Donald', but he is big buddies with Putin and I see him pissing off the Chinese more than than the Russians.
Should he get in, I give it 5 years tops before we see a clone standing in this country and getting overwhelming support. Besides the problems that will bring, it will certainly make the usual parties sit up and take notice.
