Sunderland v West Ham Score 16:03 - Mar 31 with 8713 views | Fuggie | What would be an ideal result for the Swans tonight? Hope for 0-1 but expect a 1-1. Anything to keep Sunderland 6 behind as our goal difference should be the extra point. A win for WHU will more or less put them safe. A draw will keep them worried especially if a few players become injured or suspended.

Yes still two in hand over Cardiff after this, but 5 of their remaining 8 games are against clubs in the top seven.
| If you can fill the unforgiving minute.

We still might have to go to S'land and get a result. Long way to go yet.
Sunderland v West Ham Score on 22:05 - Mar 31 with 1963 views | JackFish | Their run in is very tough, struggling to see three wins for them, even if they beat us and Cardiff. One more point for us and they'll be needing 10 to pass us, going to be very difficult for then now.

Doubt they'll get to our total now. Nor Cardiff or Fulham. Certainly one more win or three more draws and it's done and dusted. They have 25 points from 30 games; Fulham 24 from 32; Cardiff 26 from 32. The thought that any of them will get 7 more points is unlikely; 10 more points from the remaining few games is fanciful in the extreme.

Sunderland v West Ham Score on 22:30 - Mar 31 with 1835 views | icecoldjack | I love Borini but does anyone think that championship is his level ? Ki as ive always said is a steady eddy player who looks better in a team of cloggers than he does down here mwhere IMO he would be 3rd or 4 th choice as attacking midfielder and probably 2nd or 3rd choice anywhere else. Awesome result for us tonight,it would be nice to catch West Ham but just getting safe is good enough for me so lets the Mackems down ASAP !

Noticed Ki tonight actually slowing the tempo down and second half being caught on the ball. I would have left Ki on and taken Birdcut off who was dreadful.

Borini would be a decent option. Pacy and mobile anywhere along the front three. Be happy to have him here for the right price. Ki remains wildly overrated based on a few decent games for Sunderland in a position he's unlikely to be breaking into here. If we can get anything like our money back on him then we might as well move him on.

I agree about Ki, at one time it was looking like a £6m quid deal, i think we missed the boat by not trying to force a deal in January, hopefully in the summer we can do a deal . Id love Borini back here, but difficult to see if he has gone backwards or just been a bit unlucky with injury and playing in low confidence teams. it may be a possibility with how we like to go back to the future with signings like emnes . He fits what the board like, young, knows the club and has re sale value and i think if we could get him for £5m it would be worth it, the sticking point would probably be his wages though .

Sunderland v West Ham Score on 20:45 - Mar 31 by Giant_Penguins | From a footballing point of view I'm hoping for Sunderland to take the win. West Ham are cheating bastards (especially dislikes Kevin Nolan) with some of the worst football for watching. From our point of view I suppose a draw would be the best outcome but I'm hoping for a Sunderland win because I believe we will be safe this time around. |
"Cheating bastards"? When our very own Chico was rolling about the floor crying like a girl after not being touched!! Pot! Kettle! Black!.................. You really are clueless.
